Herbal tinctures are our birthright. All cultures and lineages have herb crafters. Part of my work is to help others reclaim this knowledge.
This workshop is basic instruction on herbal tincture (extraction) making. All supplies will be provided. The teaching is informal and questions are encouraged. A handout with steps will be provided.
A tincture is a plant extraction using alcohol. You typically ingest this tincture for the plant benefits on your body, like an herbal supplement.
