Roses.  They bring out senuality, symbolize romantic love and smell like a memory.  I used to think roses were over done and not worth the hype.  But when I began my plant journey, I realized how much they mean to me.  If I were a flower, I'd be a rose.  The smell reminds me of childhood.  The petals feel like velvet.  I have been growing roses for about five years now.  I still get excited at new blooms.
