Plantain Tincture

I grew this plantain in my garden.  I love plantain for a poltice on insect bites and stings.  This tincture is the next best thing when you don't have access to the live plant.  I find it soothes the sting/bite.  
 
Dosage: Shake well. 1-3 drops on insect bite as needed.
Do not injest.
